Group Coaching Sessions

EHL group coaching sessions are led by our expert team and take place online on a weekly basis across 12 weeks. The sessions are uniquely designed to take you through the full spectrum of The EHL Method, from science based methodology to examining and reframing individual thought patterns around food and lifestyle. Participants connect with like minded individuals in a safe and supportive community to empower their journey towards food freedom. Our expert team of dietitians coach the group on practical strategies to overcome the diet mentality.

A maximum of 15 people can sign up to any one online group. We like to keep them small and intimate to ensure that you get the most out of your sessions

That’s okay! Group settings are not for everyone. To get the most out of this programme, we really encourage group participation in our live webinars. If this doesn’t sound like you, you might benefit from 1:1 coaching ( click here to find out more).

Unfortunately not. The programme is to be paid in full one day prior to your programme start date.

No problem! We understand, it’s a big commitment. If you don’t feel ready yet, you can take our intuitive eating quiz to learn more!

We will be using Zoom video conferencing for the webinar. You will receive an email with a link to the meeting, meeting ID and password a few minutes before your session. Simply click ‘join a meeting’ and enter your meeting ID. Please make sure your computer has access to a camera and microphone to participate in the session.

Your face will be shown throughout the webinar. We encourage you to get to know the other group participants as our ultimate aim is to build a community and to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

We encourage you to protect this time every week as research shows you will get the most out of your programme when you interact with others in the group. We would love for you to attend; however, we understand life can get in the way sometimes so do not worry. Each session with be recorded and delivered straight to your inbox.

Given that you may have specific clinical needs, we do not accept individuals with active eating disorders. Please book in and speak with us to learn how we can support with our individual services.
